1 / 1The CHIFOON Lacquering Dryer is a high-efficiency nozzle dryer for lacquering and coating processes. It operates on the proven 'nozzle recirculation' principle: hot air is fed directly onto the web through slot nozzles, recirculated via an integrated recirculation system, and constantly heated through heat exchangers. The slot nozzles are located exclusively above the web — the web itself runs on integrated guide rollers through the dryer. The modular construction in 3- or 5-meter segments allows project-specific design from compact dryer lines to long drying sections. Heating is available as gas-, thermal oil- or steam heat exchangers or electric — a hybrid version with electric component is available as a sustainable option.
