1 / 1The CHIFOON Universal Dryer is a high-efficiency nozzle dryer for demanding drying processes. It also operates on the proven 'nozzle recirculation' principle — with one key difference: nozzles are located both above (slot nozzles) and below (CF nozzles) the web. This dries the web from both sides while simultaneously supporting it through the airflow — ideal for contact-sensitive materials such as wet coatings, thin films, or PVC products. The dryer features integrated hard chrome-plated steel guide rollers for web guidance. Modular construction in 3- or 5-meter segments allows project-specific designs from compact dryer lines to large installations with over 80 meters of drying length. Maximum air temperature 230 °C, heating media available: gas, thermal oil, steam or electric — also in hybrid combinations.
